Security and Confidentiality. Technical and organisational security measures must be taken by the data controller that are appropriate to the risks, such as against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, presented by the processing. Any person acting under the authority of the data controller, including a processor, must not process the data except on instructions from the data controller.
Security and Confidentiality. The Contractor shall comply fully with all security procedures of the United States, State of Florida and Customer in performance of the Contract. The Contractor shall not divulge to third parties any confidential information obtained by the Contractor or its agents, distributors, resellers, subcontractors, officers or employees in the course of performing Contract work, including, but not limited to, security procedures, business operations information, or commercial proprietary information in the possession of the State or Customer. The Contractor shall not be required to keep confidential information or material that is publicly available through no fault of the Contractor, material that the Contractor developed independently without relying on the State’s or Customer’s confidential information, or material that is otherwise obtainable under State law as a public record. To insure confidentiality, the Contractor shall take appropriate steps as to its personnel, agents, and subcontractors. The warranties of this paragraph shall survive the Contract.
Security and Confidentiality. Firm acknowledges and agrees that certain information disclosed by Citizens to Firm in the course of this Agreement is confidential and exempt from Florida Public Record laws contained in Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and may contain other proprietary or Trade Secret information. Security and Confidentiality. Xxxx acknowledges and agrees that certain information disclosed by Citizens to Firm in the course of this Agreement is confidential and exempt from Florida Public Record laws contained in Chapter F119, Florida Statutes, and may contain other proprietary or trade secret information. Xxxx acknowledges and agrees that all information disclosed by Citizens to Firm in the course of this Agreement is considered confidential (“Citizens Confidential Information”). Accordingly, Firm shall strictly adhere to all security and confidentiality provisions in this Agreement. These requirements apply to all information assets, including, but not limited to paper, electronic and film data. The term “Citizens Confidential Information” does not include any information that: (a) is publicly available through no fault of Firm; or (b) Firm developed independently without relying in any way on Citizens Confidential Information. The privacy and data security requirements in this Section are in addition to those set forth in any applicable state or federal law.

TheFork warrants that it implements all appropriate technological and organisational measures to preserve the security and in particular the confidentiality of the Personal Data to which it may have access, or which may be disclosed to it, or more generally, which it may process as part of the performance of this DPA. TheFork represents that the measures implemented to ensure the security and confidentiality of Personal Data conform to the state of the art, and include (without limitation) those measures set out in Article 32 of the GDPR, as described in Annex B to this DPA.

Security and Confidentiality. Client agrees and acknowledges that Client is the exclusive owner and solely responsible, jointly and severally if applicable, for the confidentiality and protection of Client’s account number(s) and password(s) that allows Client to place on-line orders and access to GMI’s electronic trading systems. If Client fails to comply with these clauses, then he or she will be liable for the resulting loss. Client further agrees that Client will be fully responsible for all activities including brokerage transactions that arise from the use of Client’s account number(s) and password(s). Client agrees to indemnify and hold GMI harmless from: if any other person utilizing Client’s confidential information provides instructions to GMI that may be contrary to Client’s instructions. Client will immediately notify GMI in writing or by e-mail of any loss, theft or unauthorized use of Client’s account number and/ or passwords.

Security and Confidentiality. 6.1 In order for you to use the Broadband Service, we may provide you with security details, i.e. a username and password. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the security details. Where the security details include a password that may be changed by you, you will change the password at frequent and regular intervals.
6.2 You will immediately notify us if any of the security details:
(a) have been disclosed to an unauthorised person or are, or may be used in an unauthorised way (or if you suspect, or have reason to suspect that this may occur or have occurred); and/or
(b) have been lost or stolen.
6.3 We may suspend your security details if at any time we think that there is, or is likely to be, a breach of security and require you change any password.
6.4 You will be responsible for all actions undertaken by anyone else using the security details unless you have given notice to us at the first possible opportunity upon becoming aware of the events listed in paragraphs 6.2(a) or 6.2(b) above as the case may be. We may suspend the Broadband Services and you will fully indemnify us from all losses resulting from such actions.
6.5 You accept that the Broadband Services are secure in the way of a Hardware firewall but we do not guarantee the prevention or detection of any unauthorised attempts to access the Broadband Services.
6.6 You agree to keep in confidence any information (whether written or oral) of a confidential nature (including software and manuals) obtained under or in connection with this Agreement and will only use such information in order to receive the Broadband Services.
