AAA Services. 4.1.1 Grantee must provide all AAA services and activities necessary to comply with the most current approved Area Plan and with applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations and the current Office of Area Agencies on Aging (OAAA) service definitions, and HHS policy; 4.1.2 Grantee must provide services using a person-centered approach that promotes individual choice and self-determination; 4.1.3 Grantee must provide all services in a culturally, linguistically, and developmentally appropriate manner for persons, family members, and caregivers; and 4.1.4 Grantee must establish relationships with key stakeholders that can partner in the provision of AAA services or provide services that are not within the scope of the AAA services.
