AAAPP Obligations. The AAAPP may, within its resources, provide technical support and/or assistance to the Sub-Recipient to assist the Sub-Recipient in meeting the requirements of this contract. The AAAPP’s support and assistance, or lack thereof, shall not relieve the Sub-Recipient from full performance of contract requirements.
