Manner of Service Provision. This section details how, when, and where the services are to be provided as per the contract and its Attachments.
Manner of Service Provision. 1.3.1 Party A and Party B agree that during the term of this Agreement, Party B may enter into further service agreement(s) with Party A or other parties designated by Party A as appropriate, which shall provide the specific contents, methods, personnel, fees, and other matters for various services.
1.3.2 Party B hereby grants Party A an irrevocable and exclusive option, pursuant to which, Party A may in its discretion, to the extent permitted by the laws and regulations of China, purchase any part or all of the assets and business from Party B at the lowest price permitted by the laws of China. Both Parties shall then enter into a separate asset or business transfer contract to specify the terms and conditions of such assets transfer. Subject to the laws of China, Party B shall donate the balance of the purchase price after deducting/withholding the relevant taxes (if any) in full according to law to Party A or the person(s) designated by Party A within ten (10) days of receipt and deducting/withholding of the relevant taxes (if any) in full according to law.

Manner of Service Provision. The Florida Medicaid Program provides multiple dental services for Medicaid eligible children. The PDHP must cover all these services. The PDHP must furnish services up to the limits specified by the Medicaid program. The PDHP may exceed these limits. However, in no instance may any service's limitations be more restrictive than those that exist in the Florida Medicaid fee-for-service program. The PDHP is responsible for contracting with providers who meet all provider and service or product standards specified in the Agency's current Medicaid Dental Services Coverage and Limitations Handbook, which is incorporated by reference, unless different standards are specified elsewhere in this contract or the standard is waived in writing by the Division of Medicaid on a case-by-case basis when the member's dental needs would be equally or better served in an alternative care setting or using alternative therapies or devices within the prevailing dental community. This includes professional licensure and certification standards for all service providers
Manner of Service Provision. The services will be provided in a manner consistent with and described in the sub-recipient's application for state fiscal year 2007 and the Department of Elder Affairs (DOEA)
Manner of Service Provision. To the extent necessary for the proper performance of the Agreement, the services hereunder shall be performed in accordance with, and under, the Basic Relationship. The services hereunder shall be performed by the Beneficiary at the time and in the manner that is most appropriate to the nature of a given activity and the agreed time limit. Day-to-day arrangements shall be made orally, by telephone, in writing or by e-mail, with the Parties making every effort to ensure efficient communication. In the event of any doubt, each Party undertakes to use its best endeavours to clarify the scope of the activities on an ongoing basis, with a view to ensuring efficient cooperation in the performance of the Agreement. The Beneficiary declares that they have the necessary knowledge and experience to properly provide the services hereunder. The Parties undertake to cooperate with respect to the interests of the other Party. OBLIGATIONS OF THE INSTITUTE If the cooperation on the part of the Institute is necessary or required for the Beneficiary to perform the Agreement, the Institute undertakes to duly cooperate with the Beneficiary.
Manner of Service Provision. 1. Service Tasks
a. The Provider shall provide, through its authorized vendors, child care resource and referral services and enrollment into child care programs for eligible clients of the Teenage Parent Program.
b. The Provider shall provide, through its authorized vendors, payment to child care providers for child care services.
c. Parents will have the choice of child care services provided in licensed centers and licensed family child care homes.
d. Child care providers shall conform to the programs standards in Florida Administrative Code Chapters 65C-20 or 65C-22 and local licensing rules and regulations.
Manner of Service Provision. The Recipient may elect to directly administer the program or subcontract to other Recipients in the area to provide the service. The Recipient will be responsible for all services provided either directly or through subcontractual arrangements.
