AAUP Departmental Support. The AAUP will be entitled to use the services of departmental secretaries for AAUP business, with the consent of the chairperson of the affected department, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. It is understood that the AAUP's use of such secretarial service will not interfere with the normal business of the department, and that the Administration will provide alternative secretarial service in the event that departmental secretarial service is not available.
