Abandoned Service 49. 6.1 Abandoned service occurs when an End User vacates Premises without notifying the local service provider and a new End User moves into the vacated Premises and orders service from a local service provider and neither CenturyLink nor the previous local service provider are aware that the original End User has abandoned the service in place.
