Abandoned Vessels. The Patron agrees to pay all costs and fees associated with any action required by the MWR Marina to remove the Patron’s abandoned vessel or property. Abandonment is deemed to have occurred when payment is ninety (90) days past due or property remains on the site beyond the storage term set forth in the agreement.
