Operation of Equipment. The Host shall not be required to operate machinery including but not limited to lawn mowers, weed-whackers and chain-saws.
Operation of Equipment. The Contractor shall operate all trucks, trailers and all other equipment in compliance with any/all applicable federal, state and local rules and regulations. Equipment shall be in good working condition. Contractor should use mechanical equipment to load and reasonably compact debris into trucks and trailers. All loading equipment shall be operated from the road, street or ROW using buckets and/or boom and grapple devices to collect and load debris. No equipment shall be allowed behind the curb or outside of the public ROW unless otherwise directed by the Municipality.
Operation of Equipment. You are responsible to comply with any operation instructions or conditions displayed in or on the Equipment or which may be provided to you.
Operation of Equipment. (a) Licensee shall operate its Equipment during the term hereof in compliance with all present and future laws, ordinances, and rules and regulations imposed by any local, state or Federal authority having jurisdiction with respect thereto including, without limitation, the rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (hereinafter referred to as the “FCC”) and the Federal Aviation Administration (hereinafter referred to as the “FAA”). Prior to installation of its Equipment, or making any modifications or changes to its Equipment including installation of upgrade or replacement equipment, if any, Licensee shall comply with the following:
(i) Licensee shall submit all plans for Licensor’s approval; and
(ii) Prior to commencement of any work, Licensee shall obtain Licensor’s written approval and the required approvals of all Federal, state and local agencies. Licensee shall promptly deliver to Licensor written proof of compliance with all applicable Federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations in connection with any installations, changes or modifications of Equipment; and
(iii) All of the installations, modifications or changes to Licensee’s Equipment shall conform with Licensor’s design specifications and Licensor’s requirements, including weight and wind load requirements, and shall not interfere with any other radio communications system and equipment located in and upon the Site, and shall be in compliance with all applicable local, state, and Federal government requirements, including but not limited to zoning, FAA and FCC specifications; and
(iv) All of Licensee’s Equipment shall be clearly marked to show Licensee’s name, address, telephone number and the name of the person to contact in case of emergency, FCC call sip, frequency(s) and location. All coaxial cable shall be identified in the same manner at the bottom and at the top of each transmission line.
(v) No work shall be commenced without the required permits and all work shall be inspected as required by law.
(b) In all matters where Licensor’s approval is required and Licensor should determine in its sole discretion that a threat of material interference with the business of the Licensor or other existing licensees, if any, exists, Licensor shall have the right to withhold consent or approval.
(c) Licensee shall, at its sole cost and expense, obtain its own electrical power. Licensor and Licensee hereby agree that all power lines installed by Licensee shall be located...
Operation of Equipment. An employee will not be required to operate more than one piece of equipment during any one working day.
Operation of Equipment. Supervisors and Leadhands shall not operate equipment when regular or qualified operators are available except in cases of emergencies or periods of short-term duration where an equipment operator is not readily available or on the job site.

The parties agree that the base rate for this position will be $33.75 per hour, which is equivalent to Pay Grade 16 in Schedule A, based on the June 26, 2016 Collective Agreement rates. This base rate will apply when the incumbent is performing electrical work. The parties agree that when the incumbent is performing instrumentation work, the rate of pay will be $34.34 per hour. This rate is based on a calculation which presumes the incumbent will be performing instrumentation work approximately 20% of the time, as follows: ($33.75 x 80%) + ($36.68 x 20%) = $34.34. Both rates of pay will attract the negotiated increases in the Collective Agreement. This agreement will become effective on the date of signing, with no retroactive payment to the incumbent. Operation of Equipment. 28.01 No employee may at any time operate any press by himself without someone else being present in the department, or within call.
Operation of Equipment. It is expressly agreed by and between the parties hereto that the Equipment and all persons operating the Equipment are under the supervision and control of Lessee under this lease. In the absence of Xxxxxx’s presence at the jobsite, the parties expressly agree that all persons operating the Equipment are under the direct supervision and control of Subcontractor hired by Xxxxxx. In the event that Xxxxxx assigns the task of supervision to Subcontractor then all persons operating the Equipment are under the supervision and control of Subcontractor. In any case it shall be the duty of Lessee to give specific instructions and directions to all persons operating the leased Equipment. Xxxxxx agrees to provide or otherwise select competent and experienced personnel to direct the operation of the equipment, in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1926.1428 signal person qualifications and both Lessee and Subcontractor further agree that the standard of care and responsibilities will be in accordance with all American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and that ASME B30.5-2018 (and as amended) shall be used when operating the equipment, specifically Chapter 5-3 Operation, as well as the OSHA 29 CFR Subpart CC Cranes and Derricks in Construction sections 1926.1400 – 1926.1442. The Lessee acknowledges and agrees that it is the responsibility of the Lessee to independently determine the weight of every load to be lifted to prevent compromising all or any portion of the Equipment. Any load measuring device used by the Crane Operator shall be used as an operator-aide only. If any Equipment has been fitted with a load measuring device, the Lessee hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Lessor has made no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the ability of the said load measuring device to accurately or consistently measure the weight of loads being lifted by such Equipment.
