ABANDONMENT OF PERSONAL PROPERTY. Personal property left by vacating Residents and not claimed within 30 days of end of tenancy will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the discretion of the Landlord. Landlord will make a diligent effort to contact Resident before disposing of any property. Resident agrees to reimburse Landlord for reasonable storage charges upon their receipt of property. Landlord may retain possession of abandoned personal property until storage charges are paid in full.
