Abandonment, Taking, Total Loss. (i) No Event of Abandonment or Event of Total Loss shall have occurred and be continuing with respect to any Plant, (ii) no Event of Taking relating to any Equity Interests in Pacific Holding or any other Borrower shall have occurred and be continuing, or (iii) no Event of Taking with respect to a material part of any Plant shall have occurred.
