Common use of Abandonment Clause in Contracts

Abandonment. If at any time during the term of this Agreement Tenant abandons the Premises or any part thereof, Landlord may, at Landlord's option, obtain possession of the Premises in the manner provided by law, and without becoming liable to Tenant for damages or for any payment of any kind whatever. Landlord may, at Landlord's discretion, as agent for Tenant, relet the Premises, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, at Landlord's option, hold Tenant liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Agreement during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Agreement had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord by means of such reletting. If Landlord's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises by Tenant, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

Abandonment. If at any time during the term Term of this Agreement Tenant Sublease the Sublessee abandons the Premises Property or any part thereof, Landlord Sublessor may, at LandlordSublessor's option, obtain possession of the Premises Property in the manner provided by law, and without becoming liable to Tenant Sublessee for damages or for any payment of any kind whateverwhatsoever. Landlord The Sublessor may, at LandlordSublessor's discretion, as agent for TenantSublessee, relet the PremisesProperty, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, at LandlordSublessor's option, hold Tenant Sublessee liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Agreement Sublease during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Agreement Sublease had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord Sublessor by means of such reletting. If Landlordthe Sublessor's right of reentry is exercised following the abandonment of the Premises Property by TenantSublessee, then Landlord Sublessor shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant Sublessee and left on the Premises Property to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord Sublessor may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord Sublessor shall deem proper and Landlord Sublessor is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

Landlord may, at Landlord's discretion, as agent for Tenant, relet the Premises, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, at Landlord's option, hold Tenant liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Illinois Lease Agreement during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Illinois Lease Agreement had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord by means of such reletting. If Landlord's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises by Tenant, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, TENANT AGREES THAT UPON SURRENDER OR ABANDONMENT, AS DEFINED BY CHAPTER 83, FLORIDA STATUTES, LANDLORD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR STORAGE OR DISPOSITION OF THE TENANT’S PERSONAL PROPERTY.

If Landlord's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises by Tenant, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

Landlord may, at Landlord's discretion, as agent for Tenant, relet the Premises, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, at Landlord's option, hold Tenant liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this California Lease Agreement during the balance of the unexpired term, if this California Lease Agreement had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord by means of such reletting. If Landlord's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises by Tenant, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

Abandonment. If at any time during the term of this Nevada Lease Agreement Tenant abandons the Premises or any part thereof, Landlord may, at Landlord's option, obtain possession of the Premises in the manner provided by law, and without becoming liable to Tenant for damages or for any payment of any kind whatever. Landlord may, at Landlord's discretion, as agent for Tenant, relet the Premises, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, at Landlord's option, hold Tenant liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Nevada Lease Agreement during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Nevada Lease Agreement had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord by means of such reletting. If Landlord's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises by Tenant, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

If at any time during the term of this Louisiana Lease Agreement Tenant abandons the Premises or any part thereof, Landlord may, at Landlord's option, obtain possession of the Premises in the manner provided by law, and without becoming liable to Tenant for damages or for any payment of any kind whatever. Landlord may, at Landlord's discretion, as agent for Tenant, relet the Premises, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, at Landlord's option, hold Tenant liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Louisiana Lease Agreement during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Louisiana Lease Agreement had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord by means of such reletting. If Landlord's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises by Tenant, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

Landlord may, may then at Landlord's discretion, as agent for Tenant, his [or her] discretion relet the Premises, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, Leased Premises for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, term and may receive and collect all rent rents payable by virtue of such reletting, reletting and, at Landlord's ’s option, hold Tenant liable for any difference between the rent that which would have been payable under this Agreement Lease during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Agreement Lease had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord by means of such reletting. If Landlord's ’s right of reentry re-entry is exercised following the abandonment of the Premises by TenantLeased Premises, then Landlord shall he [or she] may consider any of Tenant’s personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property remaining there in any manner Landlord which he [or she] shall deem proper and which is lawful, and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

If at any time during the term of this Illinois Lease Agreement Tenant abandons the Premises or any part thereof, Landlord may, at Landlord's option, obtain possession of the Premises in the manner provided by law, and without becoming liable to Tenant for damages or for any payment of any kind whatever. Landlord may, at LandlordXxxxxxxx's discretion, as agent for Tenant, relet the Premises, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, at Landlord's option, hold Tenant liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Illinois Lease Agreement during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Illinois Lease Agreement had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord by means of such reletting. If LandlordXxxxxxxx's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises by TenantXxxxxx, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

ATTORNEYS' FEES. As provided under O.C.G.A. § 44-7-2(c), in the event any dispute arises between Landlord and Tenant that results in litigation concerning a breach of this Agreement, the losing party shall pay the prevailing party's reasonable attorney fees and costs, which shall be determined by the court and made a part of any judgment.

If at any time during the term of this Agreement Tenant rental contract, Xxxxxx abandons the Premises premises or any part thereof, Landlord Xxxxxxxx’s Agent may, at Landlord's his/her option, obtain possession of enter the Premises in the manner provided premises by lawany means without being liable for any prosecution therefore, and without becoming liable to Tenant for damages or for any payment of any kind whatever. Landlord whatsoever, and may, at Landlord's his/her discretion, as agent for Tenant, relet re-let the Premisespremises, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such relettingre-letting, and, at Landlord's ’s option, hold Tenant liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Agreement contract during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Agreement rental contract had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord by means of such relettingre-letting. If Landlord's ’s right of reentry re-entry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises premises by TenantXxxxxx, then Landlord shall may consider any personal property belonging to Tenant Xxxxxx and left on the Premises premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

Abandonment. BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, TENANT AGREES THAT UPON SURRENDER OR ABANDONMENT, AS DEFINED BY CHAPTER 83, FLORIDA STATUTES, LANDLORD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR STORAGE OR DISPOSITION OF THE TENANT'S PERSONAL PROPERTY.

Abandonment. If at any time during the term of this Texas Lease Agreement Tenant abandons the Premises or any part thereof, Landlord may, at Landlord's option, obtain possession of the Premises in the manner provided by law, and without becoming liable to Tenant for damages or for any payment of any kind whatever. Landlord may, at Landlord's discretion, as agent for Tenant, relet re-let the Premises, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such relettingre-letting, and, at Landlord's option, hold Tenant liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Texas Lease Agreement during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Texas Lease Agreement had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord by means of such relettingre-letting. If Landlord's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises by Tenant, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

If Tenant does abandon the property, Tenant agrees to automatically forfeit their damage deposit to Landlord.

If the Landlord's right of reentry re-entry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises Property by the Tenant, then the Landlord shall may consider any personal property belonging to the Tenant and left on the Premises Property to also have been abandoned, in which case the Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner the Landlord shall will deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

Landlord may, at Landlord's discretion, as agent for Tenant, relet the Premises, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, at Landlord's option, hold Tenant liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this South Dakota Lease Agreement during the balance of the unexpired term, if this South Dakota Lease Agreement had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord by means of such reletting. If Landlord's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises by Tenant, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

If Landlord's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises by Tenant, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

ATTORNEYS' FEES. As provided under ARS § 33-1315(A)(2), in the event any dispute arises between Landlord and Tenant concerning this Agreement that results in litigation, the losing party shall pay the prevailing party's reasonable attorney fees and court costs, which shall be determined by the court and made a part of any judgment.

Landlord , and may, at Landlord's ’s discretion, as agent for Tenant, relet the Premisesdemised premises, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, at Landlord's option, hold Tenant liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Agreement lease during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Agreement lease had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord by means of such reletting. If Landlord's right of reentry re-entry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises premises by Tenant, then Landlord shall may consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so. Tenant also understands that abandoning the property, or being in default of the agreed lease terms, that they will remain responsible for rents/charges through the end of their lease term and will be held responsible for re- renting penalties up to one month’s rental rate amount.

Abandonment. If at any time during the term of this Arizona Lease Agreement Tenant abandons the Premises or any part thereof, Landlord may, at Landlord's option, obtain possession of the Premises in the manner provided by law, and without becoming liable to Tenant for damages or for any payment of any kind whatever. Landlord may, at LandlordXxxxxxxx's discretion, as agent for Tenant, relet the Premises, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, at Landlord's option, hold Tenant liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Arizona Lease Agreement during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Arizona Lease Agreement had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord by means of such reletting. If LandlordXxxxxxxx's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises by TenantXxxxxx, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

If Landlord's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises by Tenant, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, XXXXXX AGREES THAT UPON SURRENDER OR ABANDONMENT, AS DEFINED BY CHAPTER 83, FLORIDA STATUTES, LANDLORD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR STORAGE OR DISPOSITION OF THE TENANT'S PERSONAL PROPERTY.

Landlord may, at Landlord's discretion, as agent for Tenant, relet the PremisesMobile home, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, at Landlord's option, hold Tenant liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Agreement during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Agreement had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord by means of such reletting. If Landlord's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises Mobile home by Tenant, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises Mobile home to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so. ATTORNEYS' FEES. Should it become necessary for Landlord to employ an attorney to enforce any of the conditions or covenants hereof, including the collection of rentals or gaining possession of the Mobile home, Tenant agrees to pay all expenses so incurred, including a reasonable attorneys' fee.

If Landlord's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises by Tenant, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so. ATTORNEYS' FEES. As provided under O.C.G.A. § 44-7-2(c), in the event any dispute arises between Landlord and Tenant that results in litigation concerning a breach of this Agreement, the losing party shall pay the prevailing party's reasonable attorney fees and costs, which shall be determined by the court and made a part of any judgment.

Landlord may, at Landlord's discretion, as agent for Tenant, relet the Premises, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, at Landlord's option, hold Tenant liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Illinois Lease Agreement during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Illinois Lease Agreement had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord by means of such reletting. If Landlord's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises by Tenant, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

Landlord may, at Landlord's discretion, as agent for Tenant, relet the Premises, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, at Landlord's option, hold Tenant liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Colorado Lease Agreement during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Colorado Lease Agreement had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord by means of such reletting. If Landlord's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises by Tenant, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

Landlord whatsoever, and LANDLORD may, at LandlordLANDLORD's discretion, as agent for TenantTENANT, relet the Premises, or any part thereof, for the whole demised premises or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, and at LandlordLANDLORD's option, hold Tenant TENANT liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Agreement lease during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Agreement the lease had continued in force, force and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord LANDLORD by means of such reletting. If LandlordLANDLORD's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises premises by Tenantthe TENANT, then Landlord shall LANDLORD may consider any personal property belonging to Tenant TENANT and left on the Premises premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord LANDLORD may dispose of o all such personal property in any manner Landlord that LANDLORD shall deem proper appropriate and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing soso doing.

Landlord The Sublessor may, at LandlordSublessor's discretion, as agent for TenantSublessee, relet the PremisesProperty, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, at LandlordSublessor's option, hold Tenant Sublessee liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Agreement Sublease during the balance of the unexpired unex- pired term, if this Agreement Sublease had continued in force, and the net rent for such period pe- riod realized by Landlord Sublessor by means of such reletting. If Landlordthe Sublessor's right of reentry is exercised following the abandonment of the Premises Property by TenantSublessee, then Landlord Sublessor shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant Sublessee and left on the Premises Property to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord Sublessor may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord Sublessor shall deem proper and Landlord Sublessor is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

Landlord whatsoever, and may, at Landlord's Lessor’s discretion, as agent for TenantLessee, relet the Premisesleased premises, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, at Landlord's option, Lessor’s option hold Tenant Lessee liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Agreement lease during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Agreement lease had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord Lessor by means of such reletting. If Landlord's Lessor’s right of reentry to re-entry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises premises by TenantLessee, then Landlord shall Lessor may consider any personal property belonging to Tenant Lessee and left on the Premises premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord Lessor may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord Lessor shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

If LandlordXxxxxxxx's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises Property by TenantXxxxxx, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant Xxxxxx and left on the Premises Property to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

Landlord may, at LandlordXxxxxxxx's discretion, as agent for Tenant, relet the Premises, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereofRoom, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, at Landlord's option, hold Tenant liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Agreement during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Agreement had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord by means of such reletting. If LandlordXxxxxxxx's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises Room by TenantXxxxxx, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on in the Premises Room to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed, construed and interpreted by, through and under the Laws of the Republic of Poland.

If the Landlord's ’s right of reentry re-entry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises by the Tenant, then the Landlord shall may consider any personal property belonging to the Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case the Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner the Landlord shall will deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for in doing so.

Abandonment. If at any time during the term of this Agreement Tenant abandons the Premises or any part thereof, Landlord may, at Landlord's option, obtain possession of the Premises in the manner provided by law, and without becoming liable to Tenant for damages or for any payment of any kind whatever. Landlord may, at LandlordXxxxxxxx's discretion, as agent for TenantXxxxxx, relet the Premises, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, at LandlordXxxxxxxx's option, hold Tenant liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Agreement during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Agreement had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord by means of such reletting. If LandlordXxxxxxxx's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises by TenantXxxxxx, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.
