Abbreviations Customary abbreviations may be used in the name of a Holder or an assignee, such as: TEN COM (= tenants in common), TEN ENT (= tenants by the entireties), JT TEN (= joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common), CUST (= Custodian), and U/G/M/A (= Uniform Gifts to Minors Act).

Use of Name (a) The Sub-Adviser hereby consents to the use of its name and the names of its affiliates in the Fund’s disclosure documents, shareholder communications, advertising, sales literature and similar communications. The Sub-Adviser shall not use the name or any tradename, trademark, trade device, service xxxx, symbol or any abbreviation, contraction or simulation thereof of the Adviser, the Trust, the Fund or any of their affiliates in its marketing materials unless it first receives prior written approval of the Trust and the Adviser.
Defined Terms and Rules of Construction Reference is made to the Glossary of Defined Terms and Rules of Construction (as the same may be supplemented, amended or modified, the “Glossary”) attached as Exhibit A to the Indenture. The Glossary is incorporated herein by reference. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned thereto in the Glossary.
Payment and Terms Monthly payments for services in the amount of $7,000 shall be paid by the 1st of the month for that service month, on a monthly basis by the City of Xxxxxxxx. Incorporation by Reference All terms, provisions and agreements set forth in the Standard Trust Terms (except to the extent expressly modified herein) are hereby incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein. To the extent that the terms set forth in Article 2 of this Trust Agreement are inconsistent with the terms of the Standard Trust Terms, the terms set forth in Article 2 herein shall apply.
