Definitions and Terms. Unless otherwise defined herein, all initially capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Indenture.
Definitions and Terms. When the Contract indicates that Work shall be "accepted, acceptable, approved, authorized, condemned, considered necessary, contemplated, deemed necessary, designated, determined, directed, disapproved, established, given, indicated, insufficient, interpreted, ordered, permitted, rejected, required, reserved, satisfactory, specified, sufficient, suitable, suspended, unacceptable, unsatisfactory," it shall be understood that these expressions are followed by the words "by the Owner".
