Ability to Bear Investment Risk. The Option Holder is aware that any purchase of stock involves an element of risk. The Option Holder can afford to bear the risks of an investment in the Company. The Option Holder has sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and investment matters to enable him or her to evaluate the merits and risks of the proposed purchase of the shares of Common Stock subject to the Option and to make an informed investment decision. The Option Holder has had a sufficient opportunity to consult with his or her advisers about the merits and legal implications of the proposed transaction.
