Ability to Protect Its Own Interests and Bear Economic Risks. The Purchaser represents that by reason of the business and financial experience of its management, the Purchaser has the capacity to evaluate the risks and merits of, and make an informed decision with regard to, an investment in the Company and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. The Purchaser further represents that the Purchaser is able to bear the economic risk of an investment in the Shares, and has an adequate income independent of any income produced from an investment in the Shares and has sufficient net worth to sustain a loss of all of its investment in the Shares without economic hardship if such a loss should occur.
