Ability to Terminate Plans. Except as set forth in Section 4.12(f) of the Company Disclosure Schedule or as is not reasonably likely to result in a Company Material Adverse Effect, each Company Plan is terminable in accordance with the terms expressly set forth therein, except as may be limited by applicable Law.
