Your Right to Terminate. You may also terminate this Client Agreement or close your Account at any time by giving us written notice. Your Account will be closed as soon as reasonably practicable after we have received notice, all open Positions are closed, Orders are cancelled, and all of your obligations are discharged.
Your Right to Terminate. The use of any or all Cards, or any Enabled Device, or access to or use of any Digital Payment Systems may be terminated by the Principal Cardmember and the use of any Card issued to any Supplementary Cardmember may be terminated by that Supplementary Cardmember in each case by giving written notice thereof to us.

(b) giving us notice, if:
(i) we breach a material term of this SFOA and we can remedy that breach, but we do not remedy that breach within 30 days after you give us notice requiring us to do so; or
(ii) we breach a material term of the agreement and we cannot remedy that breach, and the breach was not as a result of circumstances reasonably attributable to you or Equipment that we are not responsible for, such as equipment that is owned by you or is not provided by us for you to use in connection with the Service.
15.2 If the agreement is an unsolicited consumer agreement regulated by the unsolicited consumer agreement provisions of the Australian Consumer Law, you may also cancel the service:
(a) before the end of the cooling-off period which is:
(i) if the agreement was negotiated otherwise than by telephone - the period of 10 business days from and including the first business day after you signed your Application; or
(ii) if the agreement was negotiated by telephone - the period of 10 business days from and including the first business day after you received written confirmation from us of your Application;
(b) in accordance with any additional termination rights you may have relating to unsolicited consumer agreements under the Australian Consumer Law.
15.3 If you have agreed to receive a Service for a fixed term and you cancel the Service after the cooling off period and before the expiry of the fixed term, you will be required to pay:
(a) usage charges up to, and including, the cancellation date; and
(b) any applicable Early Termination Fee if your termination was not the result of our breaching the agreement.

Your access to Online Banking will be suspended within three (3) business days of our receipt of your instructions to cancel the service. If you wish to terminate Services, you must notify us and either return any Customer Use Equipment to us or provide us with reasonable opportunity to schedule a visit to your location to disconnect the Services and recover Customer Use Equipment. You cannot terminate Services by simply writing "canceled" or any other message on your bill or check.

If you terminate any of the Services, you authorize the Bank to continue making transfers you have previously authorized and continue to charge any applicable monthly fees until such time as the Bank has had a reasonable opportunity to act upon your termination notice, in general this will be within three (3) Business Days of our receipt of a request to terminate. Once the Bank has acted upon your termination notice, the Bank will make no further transfers from your accounts, including any transfers you have previously authorized.
