Ability to Terminate Plans. Except as set forth in Section 5.14(f) of the Parent Disclosure Schedule or as would not be reasonably likely to result in a Parent Material Adverse Effect, each Parent Plan is terminable in accordance with the terms expressly set forth therein, except as may be limited by applicable Law.
