Common use of Ability to Transact or Resell Clause in Contracts

Ability to Transact or Resell. Purchaser may be unable to sell or otherwise transact in Equity Tokens at any time, or for the price Purchaser paid. By purchasing Equity Tokens, Purchaser acknowledges, understands and agrees that: (a) there is no guarantee or representation of liquidity for the Equity Tokens; and (b) Company is not and shall not be responsible for or liable for the market value of Equity Tokens, the transferability and/or liquidity of Equity Tokens and/or the availability of any market for Equity Tokens through third parties or otherwise.
