About Your Account. 2.1 The Account is available to personal customers only. 2.2 The Account is only available as a euro account. 2.3 In order to operate the Account, you must also hold a separate payment or other suitable account with us to transfer funds to and from the Account (please see the ‘Lodgements’ and ‘Withdrawals’ sections for more information). 2.4 You may not transfer ownership of your Account to anyone else and you may not use your Account as security for any borrowings or other liability unless we allow you to do so. 2.5 When you open your Account and at Maturity, you will need to be mindful of any minimum and/or maximum amount that may be lodged to your Account or any minimum and/or maximum balance required to invest for an Investment Period. For more information on minimum and maximum balance requirements, please go to our website xxx.xxx.xx or visit a branch. 2.6 If an incorrect amount is debited or credited to your Account, we may make the necessary correcting entry to your Account without telling you about this beforehand. 2.7 You must tell us immediately if you think an unauthorised person can access, or has accessed your Account or if you have lost any item that you use to access your Account or where you suspect such item has been compromised. 2.8 When authorising a lodgement or withdrawal, you may be asked to provide identification details.
About Your Account. We issue the Starbucks Card to you. It allows you to load 20-1000 XXX value onto your Starbucks Card for use at participating Starbucks stores. The XXX value that you load onto your Starbucks Card is a prepayment for the goods and services of participating stores. We ofer the Starbucks Card to make it easier for you to shop with us and to make your relationship with us more rewarding. Unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this Agreement, the XXX value on your Starbucks Card is nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash. The value on your Starbucks Card is not insured by Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority , nor does it earn interest. Starbucks Cards are not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may only use Starbucks Cards under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Agreement. When you register your Starbucks Cards with the Starbucks Rewards® program, the Starbucks Rewards® terms of use will also apply and can be found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.
About Your Account. 2.1 You must be a registered user of our online banking services to open and use the Account. 2.2 You may hold no more than 4 Accounts at any one time. 2.3 You can open the Account online in your sole name or in any of our branches in your sole name or as a joint account with another person. An Account opened in joint names is opened on the basis that any one of the account holders is able to give binding instructions in respect of the joint Account. This means that funds may be withdrawn on the instructions of any one of the account holders without the knowledge or consent of the other account holders. If you are not satisfied with this you should not proceed. Please see the ‘If you have a joint account’ section of the Primary Terms and Conditions for more information. 2.4 The Account is only available as a euro account. 2.5 You must keep your Account in credit at all times and have sufficient funds in your Account to cover any payments. 2.6 When you open this Account, your statement will be an electronic statement. You may ask us to provide you with a paper statement at any time. 2.7 In order to operate the Account, you must also hold another suitable account with us from which you make a monthly payment of between €10 and €1,000 to the Account (the “Monthly Lodgement”) by way of standing order. If you do not have enough funds in that account to make the Monthly Lodgement for three months in a row, the Monthly Lodgement may be cancelled by us without notice to you. 2.8 You must make the Monthly Lodgement between the 1st and the 25th of each calendar month. We will not charge you any fees for making the Monthly Lodgement if it is made from another demand deposit account held with us. 2.9 You may amend or cancel an individual Monthly Lodgement by using our online banking services (if you are a registered user) before close of business on the Business Day before the payment is due, by writing to your branch or in any other way we make available to you. In order to do this through your branch you must write to us giving us 5 Business Daysnotice to cancel or change the amount, the account details or the date of the Monthly Lodgement. You may also suspend your Monthly Lodgement temporarily by giving us 5 Business Days’ notice in writing. If you would like to amend or cancel your standing order within a specific timeframe, cut-off times will need to be considered. Please see the ‘If you have a joint account’ section of the Primary Terms and Conditions for more information. 2.3 You may hold no more than 4 Accounts at any one time. 2.4 The Account is only available as a euro account. 2.5 You must keep the Account in credit at all times and have sufficient funds in your Account to cover any payments. 2.6 The balance of the Account cannot exceed €1,000,000. 2.7 When you open this Account online, your statement will be an electronic statement. The Account cannot be held as a joint account which means that the Account cannot be held with another person. 2.4 You must keep your Account in credit at all times and have sufficient funds in your Account to cover any payments. 2.5 The Account is only available as a euro account. 2.6 We do not provide a cheque book or a debit card for use with the Account. 2.7 We do not allow direct debits to be set up on the Account and there may be further restrictions on the ways you can make payments from the Account when using our online banking services. 2.8 If you need to, you can tell us if you would like to add or change the name or details of a person who is authorised to give us instructions in relation to payments and withdrawals from your Account. About Your Account. 2.1 You may hold an Account if you are 66 or over. 2.2 You can hold the Account in your sole name or as a joint account with another person, provided all parties to the account are aged 66 or over. 2.3 It is up to you to tell us about any existing personal current account you wish to convert to this Account. 2.4 Any benefits or reduced rates that you may have been entitled to as the holder of another personal current account with us may not apply if you choose to opt for this Account. 2.5 We will not charge you maintenance and transaction fees on your Account but other charges may apply. You cannot hold an Account in your own name and an Account jointly with another person at the same time. 2.2 The Account is only available as a euro Account. 2.3 The Account is only available to Consumers and may not be used for any business or commercial purposes. 2.4 You must keep your Account in credit at all times and have sufficient funds in your Account to cover any payments. 2.5 In order to operate the Account, you must also hold another suitable account with us from which you make a monthly payment of between €10 and €500 between the 1st and 25th of each calendar month to the Account (the “Monthly Lodgement”). You must make sure you have enough funds to make the Monthly Lodgement. Once the funds are available, the Monthly Lodgement will be paid from your nominated account each month on the date you have selected or on the next Business Day. 2.6 You may amend or cancel an individual Monthly Lodgement by writing to your branch before close of business on the Business Day before the payment is due or in any other way we make available to you. You must write to us giving us 5 Business Daysnotice to cancel or change the amount, the account details or the date of the Monthly Lodgement. You may also suspend your Monthly Lodgement temporarily by giving us 5 Business Days’ notice in writing. 2.7 We will pay interest accrued on the balance of the Account at our regular saver rate in April and October.
