About Your Debit Card. This Debit Card gives you access to the funds in your Account, whether at local RBC ATMs or POS, Local Debit Card Network ATMs or POS, and wherever Visa/PLUS‡ cards are accepted. The Debit Card is not a credit card. You will pay no interest on transactions made on the Debit Card. You may only use the Debit Card for ATM withdrawals and POS Transactions when there are funds in the Account. Domestic-only use debit cards cannot be used for International Transactions.
