Absence Due to Attack. If an employee is absent from work because of injuries suffered from an attack while in the performance of his/her duties for the Cashmere School District, the current Labor and Industries rulings will determine wages paid to an employee.

Absence Due to Attack. Whenever an employee is absent from employment as a result of physical attack sustained in the course of employment, including travel to and from the employee's work place, the employee will be paid full salary for the period of absence, less the amount of any xxxxxxx'x compensation awarded. A report of the attack must be filed with the Principal/Supervisor within one day when possible twenty-four (24) hours.

  • REAPPOINTMENT AFTER ABSENCE DUE TO CHILDCARE a) Employees who resign to care for a dependent pre-school child or children may apply to their former employer for preferential appointment to a position which is substantially the same in character and at the same or lower grading as the position previously held.

  • ABSENCE FROM DUTY Unless a provision of this agreement states otherwise (e.g. sick leave), an employee not attending for duty will lose their pay for the actual time of such non- attendance.

  • Approved Leave of Absence During Vacation Where it can be established by the employee through a doctor's certificate that an illness or accident occurred, or where an employee qualifies for bereavement or any other approved leave during his/her period of vacation, there shall be no deduction from vacation credits for such absence. In the case of sick leave, this section shall only apply when the period of illness or injury is in excess of two (2) days and a note from a physician may be required. The period of vacation so displaced shall be taken at a mutually agreed time. An employee intending to claim displaced vacation leave must advise the Employer and provide necessary documentation within seven (7) days of returning to work.

  • Offtake constraints due to Backdown The Solar Power Developer and Buying Entity shall follow the forecasting and scheduling process as per the regulations in this regard by the Appropriate Commission. The Government of India, as per Clause 5.2(u) of the Indian Electricity Grid Code (IEGC), encourages a status of “must-run” to solar power projects. Accordingly, no solar power plant, duly commissioned, should be directed to back down by a Discom/ Load Dispatch Centre (LDC).
