Absence Due to Disability or Leave. (a) Vacation for which an employee is eligible will not be affected by disability absence except that if an employee is absent for an entire calendar year no vacation will be granted for such year. (b) An employee who takes a leave of absence will be treated for vacation purposes in the same manner as if he were terminated as of his last day worked.
