Common use of Absence of Administrator Clause in Contracts

Absence of Administrator. The temporary absence of an immediate supervisor or the Superintendent shall toll the running of the days during the absence of such immediate supervisor or Superintendent, but in no case for more than five (5) additional days, unless the parties mutually agree to extend the time to a specific later date.
