Absence of Drawstop Notice. Pursuant to Article 2, DOE shall not have delivered a Drawstop Notice in accordance with Section 2.4.2(a) of this Agreement with respect to the Advance unless DOE shall have delivered a Drawstop Withdrawal Notice with respect to such Drawstop Notice in accordance with Section 2.4.2(b) of this Agreement.
