Project Documents. In addition to any other pertinent and necessary Project documents, the following documents shall be used in the development of the Project:
A. TxDOT 2011 Texas Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways, including latest revisions
B. Texas Department of Transportation's Standard Specifications for Construction of Highways, Streets, and Bridges, 2014 (English units)
Project Documents. In addition to any other pertinent and necessary Project documents, the following documents shall be used in the development of the Project:
2.3.1 Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) of the Architectural Barriers Act, Article 9102, Texas Civil Statutes, Effective March 15, 2012, including latest revisions
2.3.2 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
2.3.3 Xxxxxxxxxx County Facilities Building Code Adoption List, 2020 edition as updated
2.3.4 Xxxxxxxxxx County Consultant Design Submittal Guidelines, 2020 edition as updated
Project Documents. (a) Project Co shall perform its obligations under, and observe all of the provisions of, each of the Project Documents to which it is a party, and shall ensure that each Project Co Party shall perform its obligations under, and observe all of the provisions of, each of the Project Documents to which such Project Co Party is a party, so as to ensure that other parties to such Project Documents shall not be entitled to terminate same. In the event that Project Co receives a Notice of default under any of the Project Documents, it shall promptly, and, in any event, no later than two Business Days after receipt thereof, deliver a copy of such Notice of default to Contracting Authority.
Project Documents. (a) Project Co shall perform its obligations under, and observe all of the provisions of, each of the Project Documents to which it is a party, and shall ensure that each Project Co Party shall perform its obligations under, and observe all of the provisions of, each of the Project Documents to which such Project Co Party is a party, so as to ensure that other parties to such Project Documents shall not be entitled to terminate same.
Project Documents. The words "Project Documents" mean the Plans and Specifications, all studies, data and drawings relating to the Project, whether prepared by or for Borrower, the Construction Contract, the Architecture Contract, and all other contracts and agreements relating to the Project or the construction of the Improvements.
Project Documents. (i) The Borrower shall not direct or consent or agree to any amendment, modification, supplement, waiver or consent in respect of any provision of any Project Document except the Lease (other than any immaterial amendment, modification, supplement, waiver or consent, in which case a true, correct and complete copy shall be delivered to the Administrative Agent) without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent, which consent shall not be unreasonably delayed, conditioned or withheld, and in the case of any amendment to a Project Document other than the Lease solely to reflect the removal or replacement of a party, the prior written consent of the Required Lenders, which consent shall not be unreasonably delayed, conditioned or withheld.
(ii) The Borrower shall not direct or consent or agree to any amendment, modification, supplement, waiver or consent in respect of any provision of the Lease or approve any document submitted to the Borrower for approval pursuant to Section 5.6.13(b) of the Lease without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent which consent may be withheld in its sole discretion and in the case of any amendment to the Lease solely to reflect the removal or replacement of the Lessee, the prior written consent of the Required Lenders (except in the case of removal and replacement of the initial Lessee with an Approved Lessee).
(iii) Except for collateral assignments under the Security Documents, the Borrower shall not assign any of its rights under any Project Document to which it is a party except the Lease to any Person, or consent to the assignment of any obligations under any such Project Document by any other party thereto, without the prior written approval of the Administrative Agent, which consent shall not be unreasonably delayed, conditioned, or withheld, and in the case of any assignment of any obligations under any Project Document other than the Lease by a party, without the prior written approval of the Required Lenders, which consent shall not be unreasonably delayed, conditioned or withheld.
(iv) Except for collateral assignments under the Security Documents, the Borrower shall not assign any of its rights under the Lease to any Person, or consent to the assignment of any obligations under the Lease by any other party thereto, without the prior written approval of the Administrative Agent which approval may be withheld in its sole discretion and in the case of any assignment of any obligations under t...

Project Documents. 4.13.1 The Lender has received a true, complete and correct copy of each of the Project Documents in effect or required to be in effect as of the date this representation is made or deemed made (including all exhibits, schedules, side letters and disclosure letters to therein or delivered pursuant thereto, if any).
4.13.2 All conditions precedent to the obligations of the respective parties under the Material Project Documents have been satisfied or waived in accordance with the provisions thereof and hereof, except for such conditions precedent which by their terms cannot be met until a later stage in the construction or operation of the Facility, and the Borrower has no reason to believe that any such condition precedent cannot be satisfied on or prior to the appropriate stage in the construction or operation of the Facility.
Project Documents. Borrower shall diligently and continuously undertake to Complete each Project in conformance with the applicable Project Documents. Borrower will perform its obligations under the Project Documents and will enforce the terms of the Project Documents.
Project Documents. The Participating County agrees to construct the Project in accordance with the following agreements and documents each as may be amended in accordance with its terms and which, together with the Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Project Documents”: (1) BSCC Jail Construction Agreement Standard Conditions attached hereto as Exhibit A; (2) Participating County’s Project Proposal [Insert Name and Date of Participating County’s Bid Proposal] (“County Project Proposal”); (3) County Project Description Detail and Budget (“Project Description”) in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B;
