App. §§ 1 et seq.), as amended. The Borrower is not in violation of, nor will the use of any of the Loans violate, the Trading with the Enemy Act, as amended, or any executive orders, proclamations or regulations issued pursuant thereto, including, without limitation, regulations administered by the Office of Foreign Asset Control of the Department of the Treasury (31 C.F.R. Subtitle B, Chapter V).
