Common use of Absence of Knowledge of Breach Clause in Contracts

Absence of Knowledge of Breach. As of the date hereof, the Management of Purchaser does not have knowledge of any breach by Seller or a Local Seller of any of their respective representations, warranties or covenants contained in this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement that would entitle Purchaser to claim any rights under any provision of Article VII of this Agreement.
