Common use of Absence of Labor Dispute Clause in Contracts

Absence of Labor Dispute. No labor dispute with the employees of the Transaction Entities or their respective Subsidiaries exists, except as described in the Registration Statement, General Disclosure Package or Prospectus, or, to the knowledge of the Transaction Entities, is imminent, which, in any such case, would, singly or in the aggregate, result in a Material Adverse Effect.

Absence of Labor Dispute. No labor dispute with the employees of either of the Transaction Entities or their respective any of the Subsidiaries exists, except as described in the Registration Statement, General Disclosure Package or Prospectus, exists or, to the knowledge of the Transaction Entities, is imminent, which, in any such case, would, singly or in the aggregate, result in a Material Adverse Effect.

No labor dispute with the employees of the Transaction Entities Issuers or any of their respective Subsidiaries exists, except as described in the Registration Statement, General Disclosure Package or Prospectus, subsidiaries exists or, to the knowledge of the Transaction EntitiesIssuers, is imminent, which, in any such case, would, singly or in the aggregate, result in imminent that would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse EffectEffect or except as described in the General Disclosure Package and Final Offering Circular.
