Common use of ABSENCE OF OBLIGATION Clause in Contracts

ABSENCE OF OBLIGATION. No legal or other obligation shall arise between bidders and the District Municipality unless and until the formal appointment, documentation has been signed. The District Municipality is not obliged to proceed with any proposals of any bidder. The District Municipality also reserves the right to request changes to any proposed consortia.
