ABSENCE OF OTHER MODIFICATIONS. 3.1 The Parties expressly agree that with the sole exception of the modifications expressly made to the stipulations of the Agreement under the conditions referred to above, all other stipulations of the Agreement and the First Amendment remain unchanged and in full force.
