Absence of Relationships. No relationship, direct or indirect, exists between or among the Company or its subsidiaries on the one hand, and the directors, officers, stockholders, customers or suppliers of the Company or its subsidiaries on the other hand, which is required to be described or incorporated by reference in the General Disclosure Package and which is not so described or incorporated therein. The Final Prospectus contains in all material respects the same description of the matters set forth in the preceding sentence contained in the General Disclosure Package.
