Common use of Absence of Relationships Clause in Contracts

Absence of Relationships. No relationship, direct or indirect, exists between or among the Company or its subsidiaries on the one hand, and the directors, officers, stockholders, customers or suppliers of the Company or its subsidiaries on the other hand, which would be required by the Securities Act to be described in the Final Offering Circular if the Final Offering Circular were a prospectus included in a registration statement on Form S-1 filed with the Commission and which is not so described. The Final Offering Circular contains in all material respects the same description of the matters set forth in the preceding sentence contained in the General Disclosure Package.
