Absence of Relationships. No relationship, direct or indirect, exists between or among the Company, on the one hand, and the directors, officers, stockholders, customers or suppliers of the Company, on the other hand, that would be required to be described by the Securities Act in a registration statement filed with the Commission that is not so described in each of the Preliminary Memorandum, the Offering Memorandum and the Final Memorandum.

Absence of Relationships. No relationship, direct or indirect, exists between or among the CompanyCompany or any of its affiliates, on the one hand, and the directorsany director, officersofficer, stockholdersstockholder, customers customer or suppliers supplier of the Companyany of them, on the other hand, that would be which is required by the Act or by regulations promulgated thereunder to be described by in the Securities Act in a registration statement filed with General Disclosure Package and the Commission that Final Prospectus which is not so described in each of the Preliminary Memorandum, the Offering Memorandum and the Final Memorandumor is not described as required.
