Absences During Parent-Teacher Conferences and on Record Days. A teacher who is absent due to illness or disability on days scheduled for Parent-Teacher Conferences or the record day shall be given released time upon returning to work for the purpose of performing required duties. A teacher, who is absent on the record day(s) at the end of the school year due to illness or disability and is subsequently required to perform the duties of the record day(s), shall not suffer loss of pay or sick days.
