ABSOLUTE ASSIGNMENT OF REMITTANCES. In addition to the security interest granted in Section 6.0, Borrower hereby absolutely assigns to Lender Borrower's interest in and right to all Remittances arising on or after the date of this Agreement, and such Remittances shall be the property solely of Lender.
