Absolute owner. (a) Tasmanian Irrigation will be entitled to treat the Holders of the Rights as the absolute owners of the Rights. (b) Except if required by law or by order of a court, Tasmanian Irrigation must not recognise any equitable or other claim to or interest in the Rights on the part of any person unless recorded in the WEPC Register even if Tasmanian Irrigation has notice of the claim or interest.
