Common use of Absolute Right Clause in Contracts

In the event the Designated DIR Representative and the Successful Respondent Account Manager are unable to resolve a dispute in an amount of time that either Party deems reasonable under the circumstances, such Party may refer the dispute for resolution to the senior executives specified in Section 12.1.2 Escalation below upon notice to the other Party.
