International Competitive Bidding. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, goods and works shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding.
International Competitive Bidding. Except as otherwise provided in Part B of this Section, contracts shall be awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding. The provisions of paragraphs 2.55 and 2.56 of the Procurement Guidelines, providing for domestic preference in the evaluation of bids, shall apply to goods manufactured in the territory of the Borrower.
International Competitive Bidding. Except as otherwise provided in Part B of this Section, contracts shall be awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding.

International Competitive Bidding. Except as otherwise provided in Part C of this Section, goods shall be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of Section II of the Guidelines and paragraph 5 of Appendix 1 thereto. Part C: Other Procurement Procedures
International Competitive Bidding. Goods and services (other than consultants’ services) shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding.

The provisions of paragraphs 2.55 and 2.56 of the Procurement Guidelines and Appendix 2 thereto shall apply to goods manufactured in the territory of the Borrower (other than goods manufactured in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the Borrower or the Macau Special Administrative Region of the Borrower).
International Competitive Bidding. 1. All goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $300,000 or more per contract shall be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of Section II of the “Guidelines for Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in January 1995 and revised in January and August 1996, September 1997 and January 1999 (the Guidelines), and paragraph 5 of Appendix 1 thereto.
International Competitive Bidding. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 5 below or in the Procurement Plan, including any revision thereto following the Effective Date, goods and works shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding procedures.
