Abstention from Payment for a Reason that does not Depend on the Company. 7.1 Any sum that is due to the debenture Holder that is not actually paid for a reason that does not depend on the Company, while the company was prepared to pay it, will cease to bear interest and linkage differences from the date stated for its payment, whereas the Debenture Holder will be entitled only to the sums that it would have been entitled to on the date stated for repayment of that sum on the account of the principal, the linkage differences or the interest.
