Resignation from the Company without Good Reason. Executive may resign Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason other than Good Reason or for no reason.

Resignation from the Company without Good Reason. Executive may resign his employment with the Company and terminate this Agreement at any time without Good Reason by providing sixty (60) days’ written notice to the Company.
Resignation from the Company without Good Reason. If Executive’s employment shall terminate pursuant to Section 3(a)(iii) for Cause, pursuant to Section 3(a)(vii) or (viii) due to non-extension of Term by the Company or Executive, or pursuant to Section 3(a)(vi) for Executive’s resignation from the Company without Good Reason, then Executive shall not be entitled to any severance payments or benefits, except as provided in Section 3(c).
