Common use of ABUSE OF PRIVILEGES Clause in Contracts

ABUSE OF PRIVILEGES. 1. The Centre shall cooperate at all times with the appropriate authorities of the Host Country to prevent the occurrence of an abuse in connection with the privileges, immunities and facilities conferred by this Agreement. 2. If the Host Country considers that there has been an abuse of a privilege or immunity conferred by this Agreement, consultations shall be held between the Host Country and the Centre to determine whether any such abuse has occurred and, if so, to ensure that no repetition of such abuse occurs.
