INSPECTION PRIVILEGES. Authorized agents of the Union shall have access to the Employer’s establishment during working hours for the purpose of adjusting disputes, investigating working conditions, collection of dues, and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to.
INSPECTION PRIVILEGES a) Authorized agents of the Union shall, after requesting permission which shall not be unduly denied by the Employer, have access to the establishment(s) where employees of the Employer are employed, during working hours, and for the purpose of adjusting disputes, investigating working conditions, and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to, provided however that there is no interruption of the working schedule.
INSPECTION PRIVILEGES. 10.1 INSPECTION PRIVILEGES Authorized agents of the Guild shall have access to the Employer's establishment during working hours for the purpose of adjusting disputes, investigating working conditions, and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to; provided, however, that there is no interruption of the Department's working schedule and with prior approval of the Chief of Police.
INSPECTION PRIVILEGES. An authorized Agent of the Union shall have access to all areas of the Employer's establishment during working hours.

INSPECTION PRIVILEGES. 24.01 An authorized Agent of the Union upon notification to the Manager shall have access to the Company's establishments during working hours for the purpose of adjusting disputes, investigating working conditions, and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to. Such visit will not interfere with operations.

Authorized agents of the bargaining unit shall have access to the Employer's establishment during working hours for the purpose of adjusting disputes, investigating working conditions, and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to; provided, however, that there is no interruption on the City's working schedule.

Providing prior notice is given to the Employer and is mutually agreed upon with Employer, authorized agents of the Union shall have access to the Employer's establishment during working hours for the purpose of adjusting disputes, investigating working conditions, collecting dues, and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to, provided, however, that there is no interruption of the Employer's working schedule.
INSPECTION PRIVILEGES. The Union has a right to inspect and copy payroll records pertain- ing to employees performing bargaining unit work in relation to wages, overtime, holidays, vacations and all other fringe items. Employees shall have access to the Personnel Files and Evaluation Forms before or after working hours. Exception would be when a Business Agent is involved in investigating a grievance.
INSPECTION PRIVILEGES. The City or its agents shall at all reasonable times have free access to the above-described Leased Premises for purposes of examining the same and for any other purposes consistent with the provisions of this Lease.
