ABUSIVE TRADING PRACTICES. Intermediary shall make reasonable efforts to assist the Fund and its service providers (including Distributor and Transfer Agent) to detect, prevent and report excessive, short-term trading of Shares and other abusive trading practices, including “market timing.” If Intermediary has actual knowledge of violations of Fund policies (as set forth in the Prospectus) or applicable law regarding: (i) the timing of orders and pricing of Shares; or (ii) excessive short-term trading, market timing or other abusive trading practices, Intermediary shall promptly report such known violations to Distributor.
