Academic Advising. School Counselors and LSSC Academic Advisors provide academic advisement and guidance services to Dual Enrollment and Early Admission students. These services may include but are not limited to: individual and/or classroom guidance, college workshops and college transition resources, college majors and prerequisite information, and weighting systems. The New Student Orientation (SOAR) program is a cornerstone of the academic advising relationship established between Dual Enrollment students and LSSC’s Staff.
