Academic Credentials. Full-time bargaining unit members who earn new academic credentials shall receive a salary increase on either September 1 or January 15 consistent with the point values for New Academic Credentials listed in the grid for Initial Classification Placement for New Full Time Faculty and Faculty Transfers, or the grid for Initial Classification Placement for Full Time Unit Professionals, Reclassifications, and Transfers.
