Academy Board Members Serve In Their Individual Capacity. All Directors of the Academy Board shall serve in their individual capacity, and not as a representative or designee of any other person or entity. A person who does not serve in their individual capacity, or who serves as a representative or designee of another person or entity, shall be deemed ineligible to continue to serve as a Director of the Academy Board. A Director who violates this Section shall be removed from office, in accordance with the removal provisions found in the Resolution or Schedule 2: Bylaws. As set forth in the Resolution, a Director serves at the pleasure of the University Board, and may be removed with or without cause by the University Board at any time.
