The Academy has no authority whatsoever to enter into any contract or other agreement that would financially obligate the State of Michigan, College Board or the College, nor does the Academy have any authority whatsoever to make any representations to lenders or third parties, that the State of Michigan, College Board or the College in any way guarantee, are financially obligated, or are in any way responsible for any contract, agreement, note, mortgage, loan or other instrument of indebtedness entered into by the Academy.
