Accelerated Satisfaction of Ascension Health’s Obligation Under Plan Benefit Guarantee. Any of the Releasees, in their sole discretion, may satisfy Ascension Health’s obligation under the Plan Benefit Guarantee, at any time after the Effective Date of the Settlement, by making contributions to the Plan Trust that in the aggregate total Twenty-Five Million Dollars ($25,000,000). For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this paragraph prevents Ascension Health or any of the Releasees from making additional contributions to the Plan at any time.
