Accelerated Vesting of Awards. In the event of a Change in Corporate Control, all outstanding awards granted to the Executive under the Plan (including restricted stock units, options and other awards) in effect shall become fully vested and, in the case of options, exercisable in whole or in part, notwithstanding the terms of the Plan relating to the vesting of awards.
